Each trail along the journey to The Retied Mindset matters. But the real power lies in integration. The goal is awareness, alignment, and intentional growth. That is the essence of Holistic Longevity.
TRM Momentum is a 90-day program (available in individual or group coaching packages) that guides clients along the Seven Trails to Holistic Longevity. The program includes weekly coaching (1:1 or group), hard-science data, and access to our Holistic Longevity App (online for Android/iOS download) with an interactive, tech-enabled ecosystem that includes Habit-Loop Automation. This turns daily client check-ins and journaling into feedback and summary reflections for guidance along the Seven Trails.
The app further serves as a “Holistic Longevity Assistant,” syncing with Apple Health and Google Health Connect to seamlessly connect your Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Pixel Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Oura Ring, Hume scale, and many other compatible health devices to bring your wellness data into the Seven Trails framework.
For example, if a client’s sleep patterns or Heart Rate Variability change, the app will dynamically adjust their “Soul” or “Body” targets and recommendations to fine-tune their program goals and deliver personalized “nudges.”. These nudges are further communicated to the coaching team to track each client’s progress.
The framework takes clients through 3 distinct phases. Phases 1 and 2 typically take place during the first two weeks of the program. Phase 3 takes place over the subsequent 10-12 weeks.
